Community Associations Institute (CAI)
Advocating and Providing for Better Living Through Community Associations
Community Associations Institute is the nation's voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. The Institute is a national, nonprofit 501(c)(6) association created in 1973 to educate and represent America's residential community associations (CAs) and related professionals and service providers. It is a multidisciplinary alliance dedicated to the development of effective community associations. CAI estimates that there are 205,000 community associations in the U.S. and that 42 million Americans live in dwellings governed by a community association.
